  1. What is your return policy?  There is no return on personalized items. Broken or damaged items may be returned up to 30 days after ship date.
  1. How do you restore the finish on the bronze and sterling discs and tags?  To insure the patina of the metal, lightly polish with FINE steel wool.  All of our jewelry components are connected with heavy gauge jump rings.  For added security, the jump rings may be soldered on by a jeweler.
  1. Are the disc and tag sizes exact?  Because of the nature of the material we use, there will be a slight variation in sizes.  No two items are exactly the same because each disc and tag is handcrafted.  We pride ourselves on providing a non-manufactured look.
  1.  When designing a necklace or bracelet what looks best?  Mixing materials, shapes and sizes makes your jewelry unique to you.  Don’t be afraid to be creative!  We love texture and color, so will you.
  1. How many letters can I put on a disc or tag?  We have 2 sizes of type fonts:  small and large.  Please adhere to the letter or number limit per piece:

  1. What can I put on the bangle bracelet?  Personalize this piece with your children’s initials and / or birthdates, a favorite saying or poem, anniversary dates, virtually anything that is meaningful to you.  36 small font character limit (including spaces).Ozandoad gift wrap
  1. How do I measure my wrist for a bangle bracelet? The bangle bracelet needs to slip snuggly over your hand.  Measure the inside circumference of an existing bangle that fits to your liking. We offer the bangle in three sizes:  7 ½ inch, 8 inch and 8 ½ inch.
  1. What is your turn around time on delivery?  We ship once a week on Tuesdays.  Approximate Delivery time 2 weeks.
  1. Do you gift wrap?  All of our jewelry is packaged in round aluminum tins, inside a clear plastic bag tied with a ribbon.
  1. What are the components of your jewelry?  Our jewelry is a combination of handcrafted fine sterling, bronze, and gold vermeil. 
  1. Do you do custom pieces?  We will happily do custom designs and charms for orders of 12 or more pieces:  (corporate gifts, thank you’s, congratulations, bridesmaid’s gifts, etc).
