Returns Are Easy!

If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your order to us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll refund the entire purchase price. Please note that personalized items, special orders, and charms or bracelets that have been soldered may not be returned.

Please email us to inform us that you will be sending a return. (No returns will be accepted without this initial email letter.)

Please understand that most of our items are made one at a time, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Out of stock items can take 2-3 weeks to come in.

Items must be returned in like new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  We recommend that you track your shipment, since we will not be held responsible if we do not receive the return merchandise in original condition.  Items placed in inappropriate packaging like a paper envelope may result in loss or damage by various postal machines. 

The return and exchange period is within thirty days of purchase.
